- To drain the oil put the crispy shallots into the paper towel.
- Add Brussels sprouts with minced garlic and a little bit of oil into the same pan and fry it for around 5 minutes.
- When spaghetti squash is baked take it out of the oven. Scrape it with the help of a fork and put all squash into a large bowl. Now add Brussels sprouts and shallots to it. Sprinkle salt and paper according to your taste in it.
- Mix all the ingredients well and it is ready to serve or eat.
