I think a grater is the best equipment from a food processor or chopper and make the grains well for rice but despite it chopper didn’t chop them well as you required them for rice.

If you have a Vitamix then you can make cauliflower rice in it. It is an amazing gadget machine for me because I can make many things with it.
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and drop them into Vitamix.
- Now add water add blend them for about 6 minutes for a thick consistency.
- After blending drain with a sieve and collect the cauliflower grains from it.
CAN YOU FREEZE IT?
If you want to freeze it then just sautee or blend the cauliflower and stain it well and freeze them in bags. Don’t add rice to the cauliflower just separate add cauliflower into airtight bags or boxes and keep them freezer for up to 6 months. When you need or want to eat cauliflower rice just take it from the freezer toss it with rice and salt & paper and enjoy.
