Sometimes we feel a craving for a snack or appetizer which is made with healthy ingredients. Carne Asada Fries are perfect for you, get together, snack for lunch, and for game events when your tummy wants light and healthy.
In Mexico, I love so many things. The sunshine in the morning looks wonderful with its brightness and market that contains fresh veggies or fruits from farms. Southern California is a beautiful country and its Mexican dishes are remarkable. In Baja, there is no comparable thing that can beat the plate of tempting street food tacos. When you eat them sitting on the bank of the ocean it has no words to describe their worth. Carne Asada Fries are a famous street food of Socal and if you are a resident of this place you know well about it. If you weren't introduced before then I'm going to introduce you now to new fries, the replacement for Corn Nachos.

HOW TO MAKE CARNE ASADA FRIES
These Carne Asada Fries are up to the next level from cheesy fries or nachos. These fries are easy to make, crispy, healthy, and baked with a touch of paprika powder. Also, these fries are loaded with cheddar cheese which is not made by stores. I prefer to use organic cheddar cheese which is got from the farm's cows' milk. I recommend you make the Carne Fries because they are tasty in flavor. The marination of salt, chilli powder, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and black powder gives a balance to fries with sour cream dip. Mix Carne Asada in this marination and toss it well now cook it on the grill and keep them on the grill for five minutes. Now cut them into the bite-size piece and drizzle the cheesy fries and pour my favorite Guacamole with sour cream. It is done. Now take a fork to pick the fries with Carne Asada and sour cream. Enjoy them and feel that you are in San Diego with sunny weather.

Storing: I hope when you will make it nobody can stop themselves to eat but if you have it left over don’t worry you can save them and enjoy it another day. Take an air-tight container or bag put the Carne Asada Fries in it and store them in the fridge for about 3 days.
Freeze: If you want to freeze it takes a separate container or bag for each ingredient. If you will mix them maybe they will turn into harmful acid or flavor that is not good for your health. In the freezer, you can store it for about one month.
Reheat: It is the best meal prep, snack, or appetizer. When you feel or had a party at home just take it out from freezer before an hour. After an hour assamble all thing into plate and microwave it until it become warm.
